  First of all fix The issue  with passwords containing special chars such as &

* Fixed the issue with 000000 displayed as names of contacts containing special chars such as '
* Fixed the issue when Device IDs always shown as zeros on Verizon iPhones and iPod Touches (both require a paid license as GSM iPhones for receiving)
* Other minor fixes
[NOTE] After installing go to Settings > SMS GV Extension and switch "Check License" to ON

[IMPORTANT] For an unknown reason, some people experienced crashes when using the resigned version, so I added links to unsigned version, which seems to work fine for that users.
